Frequently asked questions.
Why do I need a professional snagging company?
The Snag Man uses his extensive knowledge, experience, equipment and tools to ensure your home is professionally inspected. We cover all aspects of your new build to ensure you are turning your house into a home.
When should I have my new home inspected?
As soon as possible after completion. Ideally, before you move in as an empty property is easier to inspect but also ensures no damage has occurred before occupancy, however, inspections can still be completed when occupied.
How long does the snagging inspection take?
This all depends on size of property and how many snags are found. An approximate time for a 3 bedroom house is 4-6 hours.
What is a snagging report?
